Handling Time (for in-stock items) – average 2 – 3 days

Every single item in SPOONITTO online store is handmade with love and care. And of course, we are trying our best to ship it to You as soon as possible. In case of in-stock items a handling time is 2 - 3 days, but it is more than possible that we can arrange shipping right the next day after You place Your order. Your happiness is very important to us ❤️

 

Handling Time (for pre-order and special items)

Handling time of pre-order items like tote bags or another fashion jewelry orders with some special requests can range between 1 to 2 weeks. It all depends on complexity of Your order. But no worries, in the case of pre-order items You will always receive an email with all details and all information.

 

Shipping to European Union countries – is for free

We ship to all European Union countries FOR FREE.

Here is a list of countries with the free shipping: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

 

Shipping to other regions & international shipping – average cost 15 euros

If You are in love with SPOONITTO brand, but You are not from EU countries – contact us directly at info@spoonitto.com. We are looking forward to figure Your order out with a great care and personal approach. The average international shipping cost is 15 euros, but it also depends on the destination country.

 

Shipping Method & Delivery Duration  

We are based in Prague, Czechia and we use services of Czech Post (Česká Pošta) and its Standard Delivery option. Average delivery time to EU countries through Czech Post is from 3 to 7 working days. For international orders the delivery time ranges from 5 to 14 working days. However, please note that customs clearance may extend delivery time.

 

Shipping restrictions
